Watan Ramadana wata ne da al’ummar Musulmai suke yin azumi na tsawon kwana 29 zuwa 30 daga fitowar alfijir zuwa faduwar rana.

Mutane na cin abinci kala-kala a lakocin buda baki da sahur wanda daga baya zai zo ya damesu. Mutum zai iya tambayar kansa to ya zanyi in tabbatar da jiki na ya zauna lafiya ba tare da ciwuka da rashin lafiya sun dameni ba?
